This body weight workout combines elements of yoga, calisthenics, dance and animal flow in the 55 minute full body sesh. Crawl, plank, glide, twist and kick while exploring different movement sequences that will set your entire body on fire. Expect to use muscles you didn’t know you had, fire up the core, improve stability and mobility in this low impact but ultra challenging sesh.
